More Rest and Sleep

Yes I need to get more rest and sleep. I am more of a night owl working mostly late nights recently. With my health condition and growing age, I am at a phase where I need to put in more rest and sleep to balance everything each day. Less Facebooking perhaps had helped already. Quick, power naps should be done at least once or twice a day.

Then I came across some yoga positions that could help you relax to get a more rested sleep at night. I was surprised to see most of those positions I have been doing for so long when I was much younger and more active before I have this work now. But I have never thought or associated them to being yoga positions but hey they are. I could not remember the names of those positions but what is important is that I start doing them again especially when the little kid is off to school that will give me time for rest and sleep during the day. Now got to take that much needed power nap while I got a little time. I won’t doze off long for I got more work to do later.
