admin Just now, I heard this line “Be kind to your body” and it struck me more as a reminder to be determined in going for a healthier and fitter me this year. My friends and I have been talking of going for healthier options when it comes to food and drinks. I am going to continue and pursue on that apple-carrot juice drink each day. I started it before but stopped for awhile. Now I want to go back to that for body cleansing.
A friend had already started the other day and it is nice to have someone you know who does it too so it gives an encouragement and like a support. I am encouraging another mom to go along with this. I got to encourage my dear husband to be more supportive as well in this project. I need his support and I want him to join me as well and that is more important too. It will be easier for me when I have their support and encouragement.
I want to be kind to my body so that it will give me more healthy years ahead to be with my family in this world. We should after be kind to our body because we all deserve it.
